Meditation of the day

Today's exercise is focused on paying attention to where the mind wanders when you're not focused.

Mine? The three topics I've found in my head are:

1) Schoolwork.
2) Schoolwork.
3) Sex.

I'm okay with the third, but the first two are exhausting. So my brain automatically seeks out the most stressful thing to mull over when it has a spare moment or two. Good to know.
